Hours

I offer a variety of appointment times to meet your needs, during the daytime and some early evenings. I also book a limited number of weekend appointments.

rethink has offices in Vancouver's downtown West End and also in Snug Cove on Bowen Island at different times during the week. Call 604-803-2600 to arrange a convenient time for your first appointment.

Rates

• $100 per hour session for individual therapy,
• $120 per hour session for couples and families.

GST is included in these rates.

Workplace health benefit programs

I provide receipts for third party fee payment. rethink services are recognized by workplace health benefit plans, like those of Great West Life and Pacific Blue Cross. Generally, insurance companies will cover the cost of counselling provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Consult with your workplace Human Resource department or insurance company about whether you are covered. If not, I can help you to have your extended health plan amended to include coverage of Registered Clinical Counsellors' fees at no extra cost to the employer.

Payment terms

I require payment in full for the session on the day of the session, with the exception of those who choose to have a free 30-minute consultation prior to making a commitment to start counselling. A $25 fee will apply to missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

Crime Victim Assistance Program

If you qualify for assistance from the BC Government's Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), I handle billing for you directly with the government.
