Life has its peaks and valleys. However, when it seems like there’s only valleys in sight, we need to develop new skills to help end behaviours that aren’t serving us.

I work with clients to explore the underlying causes of their symptoms, identify negative thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. The goal is to provide support, build resilience, and empower individuals to regain a sense of mastery over their lives.  Whether it’s work stress, social anxiety, or another personal fear, learning to break free from these endless cycles of worry can help us to lead more enjoyable lives.
